Dog Found at West Main Road, Locust Avenue

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — Do you know me? The Potter League for Animals is looking for the owner of another dog found in Portsmouth recently.

A female German shepherd was found recently at the intersection of West Main Road and Locust Avenue. The Potter League for Animals posted the following alert on their Facebook page Monday.

The dog does not have a microchip. She is also not the German shepherd “Max,” which has been reported missing since this past summer.

Anyone with information about the dog featured above is asked to contact the Potter League for Animals at (401) 846-8276.

This makes the fourth found dog Portsmouth Press has reported on since Oct. 31, including another female German shepherd found on Wapping Road near Bramans Lane on Dec. 1.
