PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — Escobar Farm Corn Maze in Portsmouth will host a Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the corn maze, 255 Middle Road.
A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 1.
Celebrate the opening of Lou’s Pumpkin Patch, where you can pick the perfect pumpkin in our pick-your-own pumpkin patch! Prices for pumpkins range from $1 to $15.
There will be free pumpkin games and prizes. Face painting by Merary and pumpkin crafts are also available for a nominal charge.
Join us in making a scarecrow, a welcome addition to your family, for $9.
Members of Aquidneck Island Antique Tractors will also be on hand with a display of their most prized tractors.
We celebrate the return of environmental chainsaw artist Michael Higgins. He will be entertaining everyone with his chainsaw sculpture from 1 to 4 p.m.
Mooseman’s Kettle Corn will be on hand until 2, tempting us all with their awesome kettle corn! Hayrides will start on Saturday at 11 and on Sunday at 11:30. Take a 15-minute ride through our dairy farm and get a peek at cows!
Escobar Farm Corn Maze is an 8-acre cornfield celebrating the wonderful world of wizardry. Visitors are invited to get lost on Fridays 4:00 – dusk, Saturdays 10:00 – dusk and Sundays 11:00 – dusk. Group reservations are available during the week.
