PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — Join the Eastern Rhode Island 4-H as it celebrates 50 years with exhibits, animals, and kid’s games and activities.
This year’s event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 3 and 4, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Glen Park in Portsmouth.
4-H exhibitor information
Exhibit Hall entries will go in Saturday from 7:30 am-8:30 am.
Animals must be checked in from 7:30- 8:30 am on the day of their show and may leave at the conclusion of their show, but are also welcome to stay for the 2 days on exhibit. Just indicate on the online entry if you are going to stay for the 2 days.
The URI 4-H Animal and Exhibit Guidelines will be followed as well as DEM regulations. If you have questions please view these regulations on the summer fairs webpage.
If a species has less than 3 animals entered, the youth will be asked to do a demonstration for the public and will receive a prize packet.
