PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — Due to the power outage on Aquidneck Island last week, the Portsmouth Historical Society Members’ Annual Harvest Social was recently rescheduled.
The event will be held Thursday, Oct. 24, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Greenvale Vineyard.
The event is a free and open to all Historical Society members and their guests. If you are not a member, you can join at the door, and donations will be gratefully accepted.
Society President Anne Northup Burns said, “We regret having to postpone the event, but hope you will join us for wine, refreshments, and entertainment by guitarist Michael Barclay de Tolly, as we celebrate another successful year largely due to the help of our supporters and volunteers.”
