PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — On Monday, Portsmouth police arrested and charged a Smithfield man with possession and intent to deliver heroin and crack cocaine.
On Monday, Nov. 18, Portsmouth police arrested Orlando Rodriguez of
Smithfield, who was charged with Possession of Schedule I-V Narcotics
and Possession of Schedule I-V Narcotics with Intent to Deliver.
Police received information that Rodriguez allegedly delivered quantities of heroin and crack cocaine to the Portsmouth area.
At the time of his arrest, Rodriguez was in possession of 11.5 grams of suspected heroin and a gram of suspected crack cocaine.
He is set to be arraigned in the 2nd Division District Court on Tuesday.
