A Bristol store will hold a Crafting for a Cause event this weekend.\n\nBeyond the Bolt, 500 Metacom Ave., Unit A, Bristol, will hold Crafting for a Cause on Sunday from 11 a..m to 5 p.m. at the store.\n\nFrom the event page:\nWant to help animals in Australia?\n\nCan you Sew or Crochet? We could use your help!\n\nJoin us January 12th from 11am - 5pm to make needed items for animals in crisis. We have different sessions for you to sign up for!\n\n*Can't make it on the 12th? Please bring your own size H hook.\n\nIf you want to make a kangaroo pouch they are REQUIRED to be 100% wool. We will not be providing wool yarn, if you would like to make these we have the pattern available for you, but please bring your own yarn.\n\nNO RSVP NEEDED FOR CROCHET-ERS!\n\n\n\n*Please note: this is not a learn to sew \/ crochet event. If you are sewing please know how to use your machine. If you are crocheting, please know how to read\/understand a pattern.\n\n\nIf you would like to donate to help with postage we will have a jar in the front of the classroom. We will be splitting any extra donations between the NSW Rural Fire Service to help volunteer firefighters in Australia and The St Vincent de Paul Society in Australia to help the communities in need.
