REFUNDS AND RETURNS


This website is operated by Portsmouth Press. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Portsmouth Press. Portsmouth Press offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our Refund Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

 

Listing Packages

If you are unsatisfied with your listing package (90-Day Promotion or Easy Year Promotion), Portsmouth Press will issue a complete refund when requested within 15 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email Sandy@PortsmouthPress.com.

The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days directly to the original payment method used to purchase.

 

Newsletter Membership

While Portsmouth Press does not offer refunds for newsletter membership, you are welcome to cancel membership at anytime.

To cancel your newsletter membership, view your Account page or email Sandy@PortsmouthPress.com.

 

Listing Reservations, Purchases, or Bookings

Portsmouth Press provides a platform to sell and buy from third-party sellers. Since Portsmouth Press is not the direct seller, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges for listing reservations, purchases, or bookings.

The listing owner (third-party seller) is fully responsible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

As stated in terms and conditions, we are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

To request a refund or exchange for a Listing reservation, purchase, or booking, please contact the listing owner directly through Messages or provided contact information.

Portsmouth Press’s 15% commission fee for sold items is non-refundable. We charge this fee to continue website operations and provide a platform for sellers. 

 

Shipping

Since Portsmouth Press is not the direct seller, we do not cover shipping or shipping costs for any third-party seller in relation to reservations, purchases, or bookings.

The listing owner (third-party seller) is fully responsible for any and all shipping and shipping costs. For refunds or exchanges, you my be responsible for covering shipping costs. Each seller reserves the right to create and enforce their own shipping policies.
